Technical Architect - .Net Technologies

Job Summary :

Caliber Technologies is seeking an experienced .NET Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable and high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, proven leadership experience, and the ability to work closely with customers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Prepare detailed technical proposals and solution architecture.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop project plans and ensure execution as per schedule.

- Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress.

- Report project status, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.

- Identify and implement appropriate tools, technologies, standards, and best practices.

- Ensure quality and productivity of the development team.

- Communicate with customers to clarify scope and technical implementation details.

- Deliver projects on time with acceptable quality standards.

- Monitor configuration management and version control practices.

- Maintain and control technical documents and project records.

- Ensure corrective and preventive actions for defects identified during reviews and testing.

- Identify training needs and support skill development of team members.

- Conduct performance appraisals and provide mentoring to the team.

- Ensure development activities align with Quality Management Systems.

- Drive continuous improvement across processes and delivery practices.

- Prepare project reports comparing planned versus actual performance in terms of time, cost, and effort.

Key Skills and Competencies :

- Experience in designing scalable architectures such as microservices and distributed systems.

- Proficiency in C Sharp and object-oriented programming principles.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or JavaScript frameworks.

- Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server and NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps.

- Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and software engineering best practices.

- Experience with RESTful services and API design.

- Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.

- Understanding of security best practices and application performance optimization.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
