Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect - D365 F&O who will lead the design, development, and integration of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. The role demands deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of successful D365 implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Architect and design scalable, secure, and efficient D365 F&O solutions.

- Lead technical teams across D365 implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.

- Own and manage technical delivery including coding standards, solution reviews, and deployment practices.

- Define and enforce best practices for customization, integration, and data migration.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and DevOps teams for smooth solution delivery.

- Review and optimize system performance, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines.

- Drive innovation and recommend enhancements using Azure services, Power Platform, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.

- Participate in pre-sales technical discussions and solution estimations.

Required Skillsets :

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in D365 F&O.

- Proven experience in leading multiple D365 F&O implementation and upgrade projects.

- Expertise in X++, MorphX, AIF, DIXF, Data Entities, SysOperation framework.

- Strong knowledge of Forms, SSRS reports, Batch jobs, Security framework, and Workflow customization.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps processes including branching, deployment, and LCS.

- Proficient in integration using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Dual Write, and ASB.

- Familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI (basic level), and RSAT.

- Strong understanding of performance tuning, debugging, and best coding practices.

- Exposure to Data Warehouse (Data WH) and Enterprise Reporting (ER) frameworks.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
