Role Overview :

As a Technical Architect, you will lead the transformation of monolithic systems into resilient microservices, architect hybrid and cloud-native deployments, and prototype AI-driven SDLC improvements. This role demands strong cloud expertise, leadership, and deep hands-on technical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Cloud Strategy :

- Redesign monolithic applications into scalable microservices using Domain-Driven Design and event-driven patterns.

- Define architectural blueprints for hybrid, cloud, and on-prem environments using AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.

Technical Leadership :

- Lead Agile teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Mentor developers on architecture, performance optimization, and best practices.

- Maintain technical documentation for traceability and knowledge sharing.

Cloud, DevOps & Deployment :

- Implement hybrid and multi-cloud strategies using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.

- Ensure portability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency across deployment environments.

- Lead secure migration of legacy systems to modern cloud infrastructures.

AI in SDLC (Preferred) :

- Evaluate and prototype AI tools to enhance software development (e.g., intelligent testing, code generation).

- Contribute to strategic AI/ML and MLOps adoption throughout the software development lifecycle.

Collaboration & Client Engagement :

- Work closely with engineering, product, and data science teams.

- Collaborate with clients on requirements, solution architecture, and delivery.

Performance, Security & Data Management :

- Optimize systems for real-time IoT data processing and analytics.

- Implement and maintain robust security across applications and infrastructure.

- Design and manage scalable database systems using SQL and NoSQL technologies.

Must-Have Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience :

- 8+ years in software architecture and development with cloud expertise

- Proven success in transforming legacy systems into microservices-based architectures

- Experience in designing and deploying solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP

Technical Skills :

- Programming Languages : Python, Java (Spring Boot)

- Containers & Orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes

- Messaging Systems : Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SNS/SQS

- Databases : PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Elasticsearch

- Infrastructure as Code : Terraform, CloudFormation

- Monitoring : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor

Preferred Skills :

- AI/ML : Experience with tools like GitHub Copilot, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and MLOps practices

- Microservices Enhancements : Familiarity with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd)

- Frontend Architecture Awareness : Understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, React
