Job Summary :

We are looking for a hands-on Enterprise Architect to build and scale the digital lending platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the banking/lending domain, deep coding expertise, and must have made significant AI contributions in real-world application development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable banking & lending solutions (LOS/LMS platforms), Actively contribute to hands-on coding (50%+) across backend and frontend.

- Build robust backend systems using .NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices architecture, develop responsive UI using Angular or React. Drive AI integration into applications, ensuring real business impact.

- Contribute to system design, architecture, and performance optimization and ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and best practices.

- Support cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines (Azure/AWS).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12 - 16 years in software engineering (must have).

- 5 - 8 years leading engineering teams (must have).

- Strong architecture and solution design expertise (mandatory).

- Proven ownership of large-scale product delivery (mandatory).

- Experience with enterprise SaaS products (good to have).

- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams (good to have).

- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases (good to have).

Tech stack exposure should be :

- .Net Core + Angular, Web APIs, Micro services Architecture.

- Experience with SQL Server.

- Solid understanding of system design and distributed systems.

- Demonstrated significant contribution to AI-driven application development :

1. Designing and implementing AI-powered features within products.

2. Integrating ML models / AI APIs into production systems.

3. Building or contributing to intelligent workflows (decisioning, automation, predictions).

Preferred :

- Hands-on experience in one or more :

1. Credit risk modelling / underwriting automation.

2. Fraud detection systems.

3. Customer analytics / recommendation engines.

- Familiarity with AI/ML tools & technologies (Python, TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs, or similar) & Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

- Must be able to lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
