About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect Lead (Python + FastAPI) who can drive system architecture, lead backend development, and mentor teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should combine strong technical depth with leadership capabilities.

Key Skills & Requirements :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience in Python & FastAPI (must-have)

- Working knowledge of Next.js

- Experience with PostgreSQL & MongoDB

- Hands-on experience with Docker & containerization

- Strong understanding of Web Application Firewall (WAF)

Architecture & System Design :

- Expertise in system design & scalable architecture

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Strong understanding of API design & integration

- Knowledge of performance optimization & high-availability systems

Security & Tools :

- Experience with OWASP ZAP, Trivy

- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices

- Familiarity with Vulnerability Assessment tools

- Understanding of security compliance & data protection standards

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Currently working as a Technical Architect / Tech Lead / Team Lead

- Proven experience in team handling & mentoring

- Strong in solutioning & architecture discussions

- Experience in cross-team collaboration & stakeholder management

- Strong ownership and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable backend architecture using Python & FastAPI

- Lead technical decisions and define architecture roadmap

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

- Manage sprint planning, estimation & delivery

- Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
