Job Title : Technical Architect (.NET / Java)

Level L5 Senior Architect

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Experience : 14+ years in software development; 3+ years in an Architect role

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect with 14+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

You will bring deep expertise in either .NET Core or Java (Spring Boot), along with microservices architecture, cloud platforms, DevOps, and enterprise security.

Beyond technical depth, you are a communicator who can represent architecture decisions confidently with clients and internal stakeholders someone our senior engineering leads treat as a peer.

You will define architectural blueprints, lead and mentor development teams, and set the standard for software quality across company's delivery engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

Architectural Design & Delivery :

- Design scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise applications (.NET or Java stack).

- Define and implement microservices architectures for maintainability and scale.

- Develop and govern RESTful APIs and third-party service integrations.

- Lead cloud adoption strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Technology Leadership :

- Own technology stack selection, framework choices, and design pattern decisions.

- Drive performance tuning, security hardening, and scalability reviews.

- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and bring relevant insights into delivery teams.

DevOps & Engineering Excellence :

- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to build and optimize deployment pipelines.

- Ensure CI/CD, automated testing, and containerization best practices are in place.

- Define and enforce database, caching, and messaging strategies for high-performance systems.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Serve as the primary technical voice in client discussions articulate, credible, and persuasive.

- Translate business requirements into architecture decisions; bridge product and engineering.

- Conduct architecture reviews, code quality assessments, and technical due diligence.

Mentoring & Team Development :

- Mentor developers, senior engineers, and technical leads across delivery teams.

- Conduct structured code reviews and provide actionable architectural feedback.

- Raise the technical bar across the team through knowledge-sharing and documentation.

Security & Compliance :

- Implement enterprise security practices (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, Keycloak, Azure AD / Azure AD B2C).

- Ensure all solutions comply with GDPR, HIPAA, and applicable industry security standards.

Technical Requirements :

DevOps & CI/CD :

- Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins

- CI/CD pipeline design and governance

Data & Messaging :

- Databases : SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

- Caching : Redis, Memcached

- Messaging : Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus

Security :

- OAuth2, JWT, Keycloak, Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, SSO

- GDPR, HIPAA compliance patterns

Observability & Performance :

- ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Application Insights

- Performance profiling, load testing, scalability strategies

Methods & Practices :

- Agile, Scrum, SAFe

- DevOps culture, shift-left testing, architectural governance

Qualifications & Skills :

- 14+ years of software development experience; minimum 3 years in a Technical Architect role.

- Deep expertise in .NET Core / C# or Java / Spring Boot and enough cross-stack awareness to engage both teams.

- Proven ability to design and deliver microservices-based architectures at scale.

- Cloud-native mindset with hands-on deployment experience on Azure and/or AWS.

- Strong client-facing communication skills capable of presenting architecture confidently to technical and business audiences.

- Excellent mentoring and team leadership abilities.

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
