Role Highlights :

- Hands-on experience working on Technologies - Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, database technologies (RDBMS and NoSQL), caching, and performance tuning.

- Experience in leading the architectural design and technology roadmap

- Strong experience in software architecture and enterprise application development

- Provide architectural governance, code quality oversight, and best practices for solution development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and document robust application architectures that support high-concurrency environments to ensure seamless user experiences during peak traffic.

- Lead the migration of monolithic systems into sophisticated microservices architectures to improve system maintainability and deployment velocity.

- Define data persistence strategies by selecting and optimizing the right mix of RDBMS and NoSQL technologies to meet specific latency and consistency requirements.

- Mentor senior engineering teams through code reviews and architectural guidance to elevate the overall quality and security of our codebase.

- Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to implement automated CI/CD pipelines and observability frameworks that minimize downtime and operational overhead.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to provide actionable recommendations that keep our technical stack competitive and efficient.

Ideal Candidate :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 11+ years of experience in software architecture and enterprise application development.
