Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Proven experience in large-scale enterprise system architecture (preferably BFSI domain)

- Strong track record in modernizing legacy systems to microservices/API-led architecture

- Ability to balance hands-on design with architectural governance

Technical Skills (Must Have) :

- Strong expertise in Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC

- Deep experience in RESTful API design and enterprise integration patterns

- Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and distributed systems

- Experience in API security (OAuth, JWT), API gateway, and integration frameworks

- Hands-on experience in Hibernate/JPA and relational databases (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL)

- Familiarity with application servers (JBoss/WebSphere/Tomcat)

- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, resilience, and performance tuning

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, design patterns, and technology roadmaps

- Design end-to-end application architecture including microservices, APIs, integration, and data layers

- Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and design validations for new initiatives and enhancements

- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards, security, scalability, and performance guidelines

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on complex design challenges

- Collaborate with business, delivery, and infrastructure teams to align architecture with business goals

- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools for optimal solutions

- Drive adoption of best practices in API design, microservices, and cloud-native development

- Support critical production issues and ensure architectural integrity during incident resolution
