Technical Architect - Java

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Architect with 10 to 15 years of expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications using Java and modern microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining technical solutions, driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance of enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring Boot.

- Define application architecture, integration patterns, and API strategies.

- Lead technical solution design discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Develop and review RESTful APIs and enterprise integration solutions.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture governance, and best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and risk assessments.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions for business needs.

- Drive DevOps and cloud adoption strategies where applicable.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience in API Development and Solution Design.

- Experience with distributed systems and enterprise application architecture.

- Strong understanding of design patterns, scalability, and system integration.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices is preferred.

Qualifications :

- 10 to 15 years of software development and architecture experience.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
