Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own end-to-end GCP architecture for cloud-native and hybrid solutions.

- Lead cloud migration projects from on-premise or other cloud platforms to GCP.

- Design scalable, secure, and highly available solutions using GCP services.

- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture.

Architect solutions using :

1. Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run

2. BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Spanner

3. Pub/Sub, Dataflow

4. VPC, Load Balancing, IAM

- Establish best practices for security, networking, cost optimization, and performance.

- Lead DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Terraform, Jenkins, or GitLab.

- Design disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) strategies.

- Oversee data architecture and analytics solutions on GCP.

- Mentor and guide cloud engineers and technical teams.

- Participate in UAT, go-live, and production support.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Hands-on experience with :

1. GCP core services (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM)

2. Kubernetes (GKE) and containerization

3. Data services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub)

Strong experience in :

1. Cloud migration and modernization

2. Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Deployment Manager)

3. CI/CD and DevOps practices

- Solid understanding of security, networking, and compliance in cloud environments.

- Experience with microservices and cloud-native architecture.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
