Our client, a leading global consulting firm is delivering a digital and AI transformation for a major Indian pharmaceutical client, with a mandate to build an enterprise-grade AI architecture and scale GenAI-driven use cases across core business functions.

To enable this work, the firm is seeking a Technical Architect consultant who can define the client's future-state data & AI landscape, guide tech selection, and drive downstream implementation alongside vendor teams and internal digital leadership.

The consultant will play a critical role at the intersection of data engineering, architecture, AI product delivery, and transformation planning - shaping foundational decisions that will enable scalable enterprise-wide AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and blueprint a modern AI / Data / Cloud architecture for the pharma enterprise

- Evaluate, shortlist and onboard vendors across platform, MLOps, data, infra and AI layers

- Oversee data pipeline build and AI product setup with engineering + vendor teams

- Lead AI/GenAI use case execution from data readiness to production deployment

- Support integration across IT-OT stack for manufacturing and operational workflows

- Provide technical governance, delivery steering and solution assurance

Your Background :

- 5 to 10 years in technical architecture, AI engineering, data architecture or analytics delivery

- Prior exposure to Databricks, Azure, GenAI orchestration frameworks or Agentic AI platforms

- Experience in vendor evaluation, architecture scaling, and enterprise platform design

- Pharma knowledge preferred; exposure to procurement AI or sterile manufacturing IT-OT is a plus

- Engineering background strongly preferred; MBA optional but valuable

- Ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder technology workstreams independently
