About the Role :

Mindsprint is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Full Stack Engineering. This role is perfect for a technology leader who can balance architectural design with hands-on coding, while mentoring and guiding engineering teams. You will drive the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and modern enterprise applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the technical design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular/React.

- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable full stack solutions.

- Lead Low-Level Design (LLD) discussions and provide technical guidance to senior and junior engineers.

- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices, performance optimization, and security standards.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end.

- Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, introducing innovations where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8- 12 years of software engineering experience with proven expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.

- Strong frontend development experience in Angular or React with solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills.

- Hands-on with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Event-driven architectures.

- Strong database skills (both SQL & NoSQL).

- Cloud experience on AWS / Azure / GCP.

- Proficiency in Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Deep understanding of application security and remediation strategies.

- Experience with security frameworks such as OAuth2, JWT, SSO, Keycloak.

- Solid knowledge of software design patterns, system design principles, and coding best practices.

- Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
