Requirements :

- You have worked in different technical stacks in the past with full-stack exposure (front end, back end). with a continuous development & deployment pipeline.

- Collaborate with Engineering leadership to help drive technical strategy

- Be an internal champion for continuously improving team working processes, code quality, and tools and technology adoption

- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.

- Manage and execute software development projects from beginning to finish

- Work with the team members across the organization to understand and incorporate business requirements into product solutions

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

- Develop comprehensive system design with keep in mind system integration, scalability, high availability, flexibility, automation and feasibility.

- Collaborate with engineers to determine functional and nonfunctional requirements for new software or applications

- Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product

- Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility

- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards

- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers

- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.

Requirements :

- At least 4 years of experience in an architecture role

- Knowledge of UML and other modeling methods

- Great communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

- A technical mindset with great attention to detail

- Masters in computer science, engineering or relevant field
