Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect Full Stack to design and lead the development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React / Next.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend), along with a solid understanding of cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and best practices in software design.

This role requires a technical visionary who can mentor teams, make key architectural decisions, and ensure delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack applications.

- Lead the technical design and development using React / Next.js and Node.js.

- Define architectural blueprints, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsdesign, DevOps, backend, and QAto ensure smooth delivery.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide the engineering team on technical challenges.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, code optimization, and cloud-based deployment strategies.

- Evaluate new technologies and frameworks for potential adoption.

- Participate in client discussions to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Mentor and coach developers, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
