Technical Architect - Full Stack Development

- Candidate must have a minimum of 7+ years of full-stack development and architecture experience.

- Candidate must have strong proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

- Candidate must have hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI and Next.js.

- Candidate must have proven experience in designing scalable, secure, and cloud-agnostic architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Candidate should have expertise in microservices architecture, API design, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Candidate must have experience working in multi-database environments (SQL + NoSQL).

- Candidate must have excellent leadership, communication, and team mentoring skills.

- Candidates from service-based companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement robust architecture for complex web and cloud-based applications.

- Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable solutions using MERN Stack, FastAPI, and Next.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and best practices.

- Oversee multi-database integration and cloud-agnostic deployments.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for engineering teams.

- Evaluate new technologies and propose solutions to improve system design and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in full-stack application design and development.

- Strong expertise in MERN Stack and Python FastAPI frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with Next.js for SSR and dynamic front-end development.

- Solid understanding of cloud-agnostic architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Proficiency in microservices, API design, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Experience in multi-database environments (SQL + NoSQL).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
