Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the architecture and design of scalable analytics platforms and modern data products.

This role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, large-scale data processing, and modern engineering practices.

The ideal candidate should combine strategic architectural vision with strong hands-on technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end technical architecture for analytics platforms and data products.

- Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance systems for large-scale computation.

- Define architecture standards, design principles, and engineering best practices.

- Evaluate and recommend technologies for :

1. Data storage

2. Data processing

3. Analytics platforms

4. ML / AI workloads

- Drive adoption of cloud-native, microservices, and distributed system architectures.

- Ensure systems meet non-functional requirements :

1. Scalability

2. Reliability

3. Security

4. Performance

5. Cost efficiency

- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams.

- Act as escalation point for critical architecture and system issues.

- Lead performance benchmarking and capacity planning initiatives.

- Architect solutions for :

1. Batch data pipelines

2. Streaming data platforms

3. High-throughput APIs

4. Real-time / near real-time analytics systems

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Technical Skills :

- 9 to 13 years of experience in software architecture, backend engineering, or platform design.

- Strong expertise in distributed systems and SaaS platform architecture.

- Deep understanding of modern data platforms and analytics ecosystems.

Messaging / Streaming Platforms :

- Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following :

1. Apache Kafka

2. Google Pub/Sub

3. Amazon Kinesis

Data Lakes / Storage :

- Experience with :

1. Amazon Web Services S3

2. Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)

3. Google Cloud Storage (GCS)

Databases / Warehousing :

- Strong knowledge of :

Cloud / DevOps :

- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services

- Expertise in :

Programming :

- Strong coding expertise in :

1. Python

2. Go

Architecture & Design :

- API design best practices

- Feature engineering pipelines

- ML / LLM pipeline architecture
