Technical Architect - Copilot & Microsoft 365 Licensing

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot architecture and Microsoft 365 licensing.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions for large enterprises, ensuring maximum adoption, compliance, and ROI.

This role requires a combination of technical depth, architectural vision, and strategic understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Microsoft 365 and Copilot-based architectures across enterprise environments.

- Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 licensing, compliance, and cost optimization.

- Lead the planning, deployment, and integration of Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, and Copilot AI features.

- Develop strategic roadmaps for adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions and AI capabilities.

- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements and governance standards.

- Optimize Microsoft Copilot deployments, AI integrations, and workflow automation for productivity enhancement.

- Analyze enterprise environments and provide recommendations for license allocation, consolidation, and optimization.

- Develop best practices, architectural standards, and governance frameworks for Microsoft 365 solutions.

- Conduct technical workshops, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and training sessions for internal teams.

- Stay updated on Microsoft 365 roadmap, licensing changes, and AI/automation features.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 10+ years in IT architecture, Microsoft 365 administration, or enterprise solution design.

- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing models (E1, E3, E5, Business, Add-ons, and CSP/EA agreements).

- Deep understanding of Microsoft Copilot architecture, AI integrations, and M365 productivity suite.

- Hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Azure AD.

- Strong design, deployment, and migration experience for Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.

- Expertise in identity and access management, security, compliance, and governance in Microsoft 365.

- Ability to analyze complex enterprise environments and provide architectural solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Microsoft certifications such as :

- Microsoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert

- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals / Modern Desktop Administrator (advantageous)

- Experience with Power Platform, Teams Apps, Graph API, and Copilot AI integration.

- Prior experience in large-scale Microsoft 365 adoption, migrations, and cost optimization projects.

- Familiarity with cloud governance frameworks, security baselines, and compliance standards (ISO, GDPR, SOC2)
