Role Overview :

We are looking for a senior technical leader who will act as the hands-on architect and AI solution designer for an engineering pod. This role combines deep cloud-native architecture, AI/agentic system design, and direct delivery ownership for starter solutions, PoVs, accelerators, and customer-facing AI initiatives.

The role requires strong execution ability, architectural judgment, and the capability to guide teams through rapid experimentation while ensuring production-grade quality, security, and governance.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Technical Leadership :

- Act as the primary technical architect for the engineering pod, defining end-to-end solution architecture for starter solutions, PoVs, accelerators, and AI-driven offerings

- Translate business and solution requirements into scalable, reusable, production-ready architectures

- Lead architecture and code reviews, ensuring adherence to technical standards, security, and governance

AI & Agentic Solution Design :

- Design and implement AI/ML models, agentic systems, and automation workflows to accelerate solution delivery

- Integrate AI capabilities with microservices, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services

- Drive adoption of emerging AI frameworks, agentic tools, and cloud-native AI services

Delivery Enablement & Collaboration :

- Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and Engineers to align on technical feasibility, AI strategy, and delivery timelines

- Provide hands-on support during customer workshops, PoV/PoC sessions, and consulting engagements

- Resolve complex technical challenges and validate AI-driven designs in real customer contexts

Mentorship & Reuse :

- Mentor engineers on AI/ML best practices, cloud architecture, and reusable solution patterns

- Promote creation of reusable accelerators and starter solutions to improve delivery speed and consistency

Security, Compliance & Governance :

- Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements from design through deployment

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- 8 to 12 years of overall software engineering experience

- 5+ years in technical architecture, system design, or senior technical leadership roles

Cloud & Architecture :

- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Strong experience with microservices architectures, APIs, modern UI frameworks, and data stores

AI & Agentic Systems :

- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models, agentic systems, and automation workflows in enterprise environments

Starter Solutions & PoVs :

- Hands-on experience creating starter solutions, PoV/PoC assets, or accelerators with rapid delivery cycles

Success Metrics & Measurements :

Architecture Quality :

- 95%+ of delivered solutions are production-ready and aligned with technical standards, with minimal rework

Delivery Support :

- Enable engineering pods to deliver 8090% of starter solutions within committed timelines

Technical Velocity :

- Drive 2-3 productivity gains through architecture patterns, automation, and advanced tooling

Innovation & Reuse :

- Deliver 4 to 6 new or significantly enhanced starter solutions per year, with high reuse across consulting engagements

Customer Confidence :

- Lead PoV/PoC sessions with minimal technical escalations
