Key Responsibilities :

- Architecture Design : Design and develop scalable, High available, resilient, high-performance architecture solutions for enterprise-level applications using Java and related technologies.

- Deployment Architecture : Design deployment architecture and deploy highly scalable, resilient distributed system.

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- System Integration : Oversee the integration of various systems and technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

- Code Reviews : Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security standards.

- Documentation : Create and maintain architectural documentation, including system design documents, technical specifications, and guidelines.

- Technology Evaluation : Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in Java and related ecosystems, and evaluate their potential benefits for the organization.

- Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

- Performance Tuning : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the application architecture and ensure the system meets performance requirements.

- Security : Implement and enforce security best practices in the architecture to protect against vulnerabilities and threats.

- Mentorship : Mentor and coach junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related technologies.

- Strong in Spring boot, Java, OOPs, Design patterns, SOA, Microservices design, development etc.

- Strong experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL-MongoDB).

- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, ELK, Grafana).

- UML and Software design and deployment architecture.
