We need a higher degree of experience in Orbus vs ServiceNow. Someone who can navigate Orbus comfortably as theyve worked in it before.
Long story short, they need to have the knowledge to support the activity (Application Portfolio Management), and the ability to operate in the tool.

Job Description :
This role drives the day-to-day execution of Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Rationalization activities.
The Business Analyst will be hands-on in building and maintaining the Enterprise Application Inventory in Orbus, running business and technical health application assessments, and supporting the Application Rationalization processes.
The role requires deep working knowledge of Orbus (iServer/Infinity) and familiarization with ServiceNow (SAM/APM modules) and strong facilitation skills to support stakeholders across IT, Procurement, and the Business.
Expectations :
- Build and continuously update the application inventory in Orbus, ensuring metadata completeness.
- Execute business fit and technical health surveys and analyze results.
- Establish and support ROI, TCO, and business case analysis for rationalization opportunities with clear recommendations (decommission, consolidate, migrate, renew).
- Identify functional overlap, redundancy, and consolidation opportunities between applications.
- Create and maintain application usage and value reports.
- Maintain and prioritize the APM Initiative backlog in Orbus, tracking dependencies.
- Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional activities : managing sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and progress tracking.
- Support maintenance of Application Software Catalog.
