We are looking for a Tech Anchor with strong Python Full Stack Development experience and hands-on expertise in GCP and MLOps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines, while also contributing to both frontend and backend development in a scalable cloud environment.

Mandatory Skills : Python, angular/react, GCP, ML ops

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks

- Understanding of API integrations and microservices

- Experience in cloud-native architecture

- Exposure to monitoring, logging, and model versioning tools in MLOps setups

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications and ML solutions

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML model lifecycle management

- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful solutions

- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers and owning system-level architecture
