Role Summary :
The Technical Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, support solution design, and assist in automation and analytics initiatives. The role focuses on documentation, hands-on development support, testing coordination, and production support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Documents).
- Assist in creating PDD (Process Design Documents) and SDD (Solution Design Documents).
- Ensure clear traceability between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Support hands-on automation development using RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and workflow tools.
- Assist in Python-based automation and scripting tasks.
- Participate in AI-enabled automation initiatives using LLMs and RAG-based solutions.
- Support SIT and UAT activities by coordinating test cases, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Assist with production deployments and provide post-deployment support.
- Support development of dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Assist in basic data analysis tasks across structured and semi-structured datasets.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and business users.
- Provide regular status updates and documentation to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Hands-on exposure to RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
- Working knowledge of Python and workflow automation tools.
- Understanding of SIT/UAT processes.
- Basic exposure to Power BI and analytics tools.
- Awareness of AI concepts, including LLMs and RAG.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
