Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Informatica ETL Specialist with strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC (IICS), and PowerCenter - IDMC migration. The candidate will lead end-to-end migration initiatives, provide technical leadership, and ensure high-quality ETL solutions for enterprise data integration.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter (development, enhancements, performance tuning)

- Strong expertise in IDMC/IICS (Cloud Data Integration, mapping tasks, connections, deployments)

- Mandatory: Proven experience leading PowerCenter to IDMC migration projects

- Excellent understanding of ETL architecture and data warehousing concepts

- Strong SQL experience (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL etc.)

- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting

- Knowledge of job scheduling tools (Control-M / Autosys / Rundeck etc.)

- Strong communication and client-facing skills

- Ability to guide junior team members

Good to Have :

- Experience in Redshift

- Experience in CI/CD tools - Git, Jenkins

- Cloud exposure: AWS

- Python scripting for automation

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead PowerCenter - IDMC migration activities

- Design scalable ETL solutions aligned with business requirements

- Conduct impact analysis, resource estimation & solution design

- Perform best-practice based performance tuning

- Manage production deployments

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

- Collaborate with DBA, Cloud and Platform teams for seamless delivery

- Maintain documentation & follow governance/security standards
