Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across different programming languages, frameworks, and build environments.
- Work hands-on with customers to resolve installation, integration, and performance challenges.
- Provide best practices, technical guidance, and mentoring to both customers and internal teams.
- Develop, document, and maintain a knowledge base of common issues, solutions, and workarounds to improve resolution efficiency.
- Gather customer feedback on features, bugs, and enhancements, and communicate insights to the Product and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, support tools, and product quality.
Technical Skills :
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows (client & server) environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps integrations.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and network protocols.
- Experience with Test Automation, Mobile (Android), and Web application testing methods.
- Basic understanding of C++/QT and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Proficiency in using JIRA for issue tracking and collaboration.
