.NET Development Lead / Technical Lead

We are seeking a .NET Development Lead / Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of a critical client engagement. This role requires a strong technical leader who can architect scalable solutions using .NET Core, Angular/React, and Azure/AWS, while directly leading a small team of 2 - 4 developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own architectural decisions for .NET Core applications and APIs.

- Lead design discussions and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices.

- Actively contribute to development writing, reviewing, and shipping production code.

- Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core applications and RESTful APIs using Angular/React.

- Integrate cloud-based solutions on Azure/AWS and contribute to DevOps initiatives.

- Directly manage and mentor a team of 2-4 developers.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using .NET and .NET Core frameworks with 8 - 12 years of professional experience.

- Proven ability to develop responsive frontend interfaces using Angular or React to deliver intuitive user experiences.

- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure management and service deployment on AWS or Azure platforms.
