Quality Assurance Engineer

About The Job :

Techdome is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer with 5+ Years of experience to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead who can take ownership of projects from day one.

The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in end-to-end testing, the ability to handle multiple testing domains (API, Load, UI, Mobile), and strong leadership skills to drive quality processes independently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead QA activities across API, Load, UI, and Mobile testing.

- Own the testing process and ensure delivery with minimal supervision.

- Define, implement, and maintain quality standards and best practices.

- Database testing and CI/CD pipelines integrations with Jenkins.

- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects quickly.

- Mentor junior QA team members and guide interns/associates when required.

- Ensure test automation frameworks are effectively utilized.

- Take complete ownership of testing deliverables within the project timeline.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in API testing, Load testing, and UI testing.

- Experience with Mobile Automation tools (e.g., Appium/APM).

- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end responsibility.

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and process-oriented mindset.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to test management tools and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- UI / Functional Testing Tools : Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress.

- Automation Frameworks & Languages : Java, Python, TestNG, JUnit, Maven.

- Database Testing : SQL.

- Performance & Load Testing Tools : JMeter, K6, Locust, LoadRunner.

- Version Control & CI/CD : Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes (basic knowledge preferred).

- Defect & Test Management Tools : JIRA.
