About the role :

We are looking for Power BI engineers to build the dashboards for the technology finance leadership team on top of Fabric semantic models. The reports are executive facing, so we need people who have built P&L and variance reporting before.

Responsibilities :

- Build Fabric semantic models and Power BI reports covering P&L, Budget vs Estimate, waterfall bridges and Monthly / QTD / YTD / FY views.

- Write DAX for time intelligence, switching between scenarios, variance thresholds and exception flags.

- Set up row-level security and role-based access for leadership and FP&A users.

- Build drill-down and drill-through across TBM tower, sub-tower, division, function and natural account.

- Tune model performance and manage deployment pipelines across dev, test and production.

Required skills :

- 6+ years in Power BI, with strong DAX and data modelling.

- Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric (semantic models, Direct Lake, workspaces, deployment pipelines).

- Has built financial dashboards (P&L, variance, waterfall) for senior stakeholders.

- Exposure to Copilot in Power BI is a plus.

- TBM or technology finance reporting experience is preferred.
