Techatalyst - SAP SD Consultant - Integration & Support

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.

- Configure and implement SAP SD modules including :

a. Sales Order Management

b. Shipping and Delivery

c. Billing & Invoicing

d. Pricing Procedures

e. Credit Management

- Perform integration of SAP SD with other modules such as MM, FI, PP, WM, and LE.

- Handle day-to-day support and issue resolution in SAP SD processes.

- Customize and create necessary documentation, functional specs, and user manuals.

- Coordinate with technical teams for development and enhancements.

- Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and post-go-live activities.

- Stay updated with SAP best practices, upgrades, and innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.

- Strong understanding of SD business processes and SAP SD integration points.

- Proficient in configuring pricing, outputs, partner determination, and account determination.

- SAP SD Certification is mandatory.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects.

- Experience with IDOC, EDI, or third-party integrations.

- Familiarity with ABAP debugging for functional troubleshooting.
