Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and implement SAP FICO modules, including :
a. General Ledger (GL)
b. Accounts Payable (AP)
c. Accounts Receivable (AR)
d. Asset Accounting
- Bank Accounting (EBS, manual statements)
- Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Handle full-cycle FICO implementation and support activities.
- Perform integration of SAP FICO with SD, MM, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Configure tax settings including GST/VAT, adhering to country-specific regulations.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements in the FICO area.
- Prepare training documentation and assist with user training sessions.
- Stay current with SAP updates and S/4HANA innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance, FI & CO sub-modules, and integration points.
- Experience with :
a. GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting
b. Bank Configuration (EBS, manual statements)
c. Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting
d. Internal Orders
e. GST/VAT tax configuration
- Familiarity with SAP FICO and SD/MM integration scenarios.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- SAP FICO Certification is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Basic understanding of ABAP debugging for functional issue resolution.
- Experience in international tax compliance (multi-country GST/VAT setups).
