We are seeking a highly skilled CyberArk PAM Engineer with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity and Enterprise Security. The ideal candidate will provide Level 3 engineering support for CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM), addressing complex issues and advanced troubleshooting.

This role requires a deep understanding of privilege management, security practices, and the ability to enhance system functionality through upgrades and customizations.

Responsibilities :

- Provide Level 3 engineering support for CyberArk PAM, addressing complex issues and performing advanced troubleshooting.

- Configure PAM policies, manage vault and session management setup, and maintain secure access controls.

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and customizations to enhance functionality and security.

- Conduct root cause analysis for high impact incidents and collaborate with IT security teams to implement solution enhancements.

- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.

- Participate in security audits and assessments to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM, including vault configuration, policy creation, and session management.

- Strong troubleshooting skills with expertise in privilege management and security practices.

- Experience in conducting root cause analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in system upgrades, patches, and customizations related to CyberArk PAM.

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications in CyberArk or related security frameworks.

- Familiarity with IT security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).

- Experience with other PAM solutions or security tools.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity, with a focus on Privileged Access Management.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex security projects and initiatives.
