Relevant Experience :

- 10-15 years in core banking / Temenos ecosystem

- Minimum 5+ years in leadership / solution architecture roles

- Strong experience in TAP, API frameworks, and TTI

Qualifications : B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech (mandatory)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive the development and integration of TAP Core systems, focusing on API development and TTI components. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical design, development, and integration efforts while ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end technical architecture and delivery

- Act as SPOC for all non-functional requirements

- Define integration strategy across banking systems

- Ensure scalability, performance, and security architecture

- Guide customization and configuration of Temenos products

- Lead design reviews and represent in Technical Design Authority

- Mentor developers and ensure adherence to delivery standards

- Collaborate with infrastructure vendors for performance optimization

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in backend development (Java / Spring Boot / Node.js or similar)

- Hands-on experience with API Integration (REST, SOAP, Microservices)

- Good understanding of microservices architecture

- Experience with databases (Oracle / SQL Databases)

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Strong problem-solving and leadership skillsTemenos TAP (Core & Integration)

- T24 / Transact Architecture

- TTI (Temenos Integration Framework)

- Middleware (Kafka, MQ, ESB)

Good to Have :

- Experience working on TAP platforms or similar enterprise systems
