Job Summary :

We're searching for an experienced and hands-on Tech Lead with 6-11 years of experience to guide and mentor our technical teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in an Agile environment, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. This role involves acting as the primary technical expert, bridging the gap between architecture and implementation, and driving a culture of continuous learning and innovation. You'll work within a POD-based structure, directly responsible for technical deliverables and fostering collaboration across all team members.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Mentorship :

- Provide hands-on technical guidance to the engineering team for all feature development and implementation.

- Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all technical deliverables within your POD.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training to enhance the team's overall expertise.

Agile Execution & Project Management :

- Lead Agile POD teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between product, engineering, and QA members.

- Translate high-level designs into actionable tasks, define ownership, and oversee progress to ensure timely delivery.

- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, from planning and coding to testing and deployment.

Architectural & Quality Oversight :

- Ensure strict adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners to design scalable, maintainable, and robust solutions.

- Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose optimizations for development workflows and system reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Experience :

- 6-11 years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong expertise in programming languages like Java and Python.

- Proficiency in the Angular front-end framework.

- Solid knowledge of databases, including MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL.

- Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

Methodologies & Tools :

- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and POD-based execution models.

- Experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in the e-commerce or OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising technology industry.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on delivering scalable solutions.
