Tech Lead / Senior Fullstack Developer

Role Overview :

We're hiring a Tech Lead / Senior Fullstack Developer to architect and scale our digital backbone-from e-commerce platforms to internal tools. You'll work closely with founders, designers, and ops to build seamless, data-driven experiences across web and mobile.

Responsibilities :

- Lead development of our e-commerce platform (custom or Shopify-integrated)

- Build scalable backend systems for catalog management, inventory, and order tracking

- Develop intuitive frontend interfaces for customers and internal teams

- Integrate third-party APIs (payment gateways, logistics, CRM, etc.)

- Own DevOps, deployment pipelines, and basic cloud infrastructure

- Collaborate with design, marketing, and ops to translate business needs into tech solutions

- Mentor junior developers and help shape the engineering culture

Requirements :

- 4-7 years of experience in fullstack development

- Graduation in B.Tech/B.E from Tier-1 & Tier-2 colleges.

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and modern frameworks

- Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and Git workflows

- Bonus : Experience with headless commerce, Shopify APIs, or fashion-tech tools

- Startup mindset : scrappy, curious, and execution-driven
