Tech Lead - SDK Platform

Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain a unified SDK used across Unity, Native, and Unreal stacks for all Nazara publishing titles.

- Define and enforce technical standards : identity, event schema, configuration, instrumentation, data flows, and integration rules.

- Build and run the versioning, rollout, and adoption lifecycle across multiple internal and external studios.

- Lead cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, analytics, UA, and data teams to ensure interoperable systems at scale.

- Translate publishing requirements into stable, configurable, developer-friendly SDK components.

- Own execution : integration timelines, code quality, documentation, sample projects, CI/CD, testing, and observability.

- Drive compliance for privacy, data security, parental consent flows, and region-specific requirements (GDPR, COPPA, DPDP).

- Diagnose and resolve integration bottlenecks across diverse codebases and team structures.

- Build a long-term technical roadmap for shared publishing infrastructure.

- Serve as the single point of accountability for the SDK platform.

Requirements :

- 8-10+ years of engineering experience building mobile or game-related systems.

- 4+ years running complex platform builds, developer toolchains, or distributed integration programs.

- Deep competence in SDK architecture, mobile pipelines, eventing systems, identity frameworks, and analytics instrumentation.

- Strong understanding of MMP/CDP workflows, attribution, data governance, and telemetry systems.

- Comfort owning platform documentation, integration playbooks, and release governance.

- Experience working with distributed or global engineering teams.

- Gaming experience or familiarity with game development constraints preferred.

- Ability to operate as the technical owner of a multi-studio, high-leverage platform.
