Role Overview:

As a Tech Lead specializing in OutSystems, you will serve as the technical backbone for our enterprise-grade application development initiatives in Pune. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and scalable digital solutions, working closely with cross-functional product teams, stakeholders, and offshore development squads. By spearheading the design and implementation of high-performance applications, you will directly influence our digital transformation roadmap, ensuring that our systems are not only robust and secure but also deliver seamless experiences to our end users. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining architectural integrity while fostering a culture of technical excellence within the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design scalable OutSystems applications to meet evolving business needs, ensuring long-term maintainability and performance.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, utilizing OutSystems Service Studio and Integration Studio to build complex, enterprise-level solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate abstract business problems into concrete technical specifications and robust system architectures.

- Oversee the integration of disparate systems through RESTful APIs and SQL databases to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold high standards of quality, security, and performance across all project modules.

- Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and reduce time-to-market for critical business features.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis to maintain high system availability and operational stability.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a deep specialization in the OutSystems platform and its associated toolsets.

- Demonstrate mastery in full-stack web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in database design and SQL optimization to support high-transaction application environments.

- Showcase a proven track record in designing complex integration architectures, specifically leveraging RESTful APIs for third-party system connectivity.

- Display exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead project management efforts within an Agile framework.

- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
