Tech Lead - .Net Development

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in .NET technologies and be capable of leading a team of developers, managing project deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET-based applications.

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.

- Guide and mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure coding standards are followed.

- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing systems.

- Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability.

- Work closely with QA and DevOps teams for smooth deployment and testing.

- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using :

1. C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core

2. Web APIs, Entity Framework, LINQ

3. JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS

4. MS SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and Query Optimization

- Experience with version control tools like Git.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.

- Strong understanding of OOPS concepts, design patterns, and architecture principles.

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Angular or React.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
