Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to spearhead our engineering initiatives in Gurugram, focusing on building scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical execution, working closely with cross-functional product teams, UI/UX designers, and senior stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.

You will be responsible for setting the architectural direction, mentoring high-performing engineering teams, and ensuring that our codebase remains modular, secure, and efficient. By driving technical excellence, you will directly influence the scalability of our platform and the overall satisfaction of our end-users, ensuring our technology stack remains at the cutting edge of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the development of end-to-end web applications using Node.js and AngularJS to ensure high availability and optimal performance for our global client base.

- Lead code reviews and establish best practices in software engineering to maintain high code quality and reduce technical debt across the development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable technical roadmaps and scalable system designs.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers by fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical rigor, directly impacting team productivity and professional growth.

- Optimize backend services and frontend interfaces to improve system latency and user engagement, directly contributing to improved business conversion metrics.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying complex, distributed systems using Node.js and AngularJS, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and component-based architecture.

- Proven ability to lead technical teams through the full software development lifecycle, balancing hands-on coding with strategic architectural decision-making.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional project outcomes.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Gurugram.

- A solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, typically evidenced by a degree in Engineering or a related technical field, combined with 9 - 12 years of progressive experience in full-stack development.
