Tech Lead - GCP Data Engineering

Experience : 9+ Years

Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for GCP data engineering projects.

- Architect and deliver end-to-end data solutions leveraging BigQuery and DataProc.

- Define best practices, coding standards, and governance models.

- Engage with business stakeholders and solution architects to design scalable platforms.

- Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, ensuring delivery excellence.

- Drive innovation by evaluating new GCP services and data engineering tools.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in GCP data engineering.

- Proven expertise in BigQuery, PySpark (DataProc), and cloud-native data pipelines.

- Strong leadership, team management, and client engagement skills.

- Solid understanding of data architecture, governance, and security.

- Exposure to Informatica and other ETL tools is desirable.
