Tech Lead - AngularJS & ElectronJS

About the Role :

We are looking for a senior software developer with deep expertise in Angular and Electron.js to build cross-platform desktop applications for healthcare environments. You'll contribute to the development of secure, high-performance applications used in clinical workflows and medical device interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable, secure desktop apps using Electron.js and Angular (v12+). (Mandatory)

- Build intuitive UIs for complex healthcare workflows, integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Optimize desktop app performance, memory usage, and IPC communication.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and security best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Backend, Clinical SMEs).

- Provide mentorship, perform code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Requirements :

- 9+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development.

- Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Electron.js.

- Experience in building and deploying cross-platform desktop apps (Windows/macOS/Linux).

- Familiarity with Node.js, IPC, app signing, auto-updates, and packaging tools.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile teams.

- Candidate must have experience in handling a team

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with healthcare IT standards such as FHIR, DICOM, or HL7.

- Experience in regulated environments such as HIPAA or ISO 13485.
