Job Title : Sr Sailpoint ISC Developer

Location : Remote

Description :

- Required Experience: Mandatory experience in SailPoint IIQ & SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow Implementation, with a strong emphasis on ISC.

- Skills: Excellent communication and client management skills.

- Experience: 8 10+ years.

This role requires a combination of IAM/IGA technical expertise, compliance knowledge, strong communication skills, project management experience, and problem-solving abilities, along with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Architect will collaborate with Client stakeholders to provide functional process support, as well as technical design and solution engineering.

The primary responsibility of this IGA Techno-Functional Architect is to perform due-diligence, gather requirements, design, implement, and manage IGA system that ensure proper access control, security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Below are the key tasks and skills associated with this role:

- Collaborating with client teams, including Information Security, IT, Applications, and HR departments.

- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.

- Providing advisory and consulting on the appropriate IGA solution approach.

- Ensuring adherence to security and compliance best practices.

- Assessing and defining business and technical roles.

- Designing and architecting IGA solutions.

- Engineering IGA solutions.

- Overseeing IGA implementation, testing, validation, optimization, and production deployment.

- Ensuring that IGA system align with business objectives and security goals, while integrating seamlessly into the organizations IT ecosystem and maintaining compliance standards.
