We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine strong design aesthetics with user-centered design principles to deliver seamless and impactful user journeys.

Key Responsibilities :

User Experience (UX) Design :

- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.

- Create user personas, journey maps, information architecture, and user flows.

- Design wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.

- Validate designs through usability testing and iterate based on feedback and data.

User Interface (UI) Design :

- Design clean, modern, and consistent interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.

- Create visual designs for web and mobile applications including layouts, typography, icons, and color systems.

- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.

- Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.

- Translate business and functional requirements into effective design solutions.

- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Review developed UI and provide feedback to ensure design fidelity.

Design Tools & Documentation :

- Create interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision.

- Maintain design documentation and handoff assets for development teams.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Tools :

Core Skills :

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

- Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch

- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks

- Experience designing for SaaS, mobile apps, and enterprise platforms

- Familiarity with design systems and atomic design methodology

- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie)

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)

- Relevant UI/UX or design certifications are a plus
