TECEZE - SAP S/4HANA/SD Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD Lead to spearhead and deliver end-to-end Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions as part of digital transformation and rollout initiatives.

This role will serve as a strategic advisor and architect, working across global teams to design and implement scalable, high-impact SD solutions integrated with customer experience platforms and third-party tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP S/4HANA SD implementation projects in the capacity of stream lead or solution architect.

- Drive the design, configuration, and delivery of end-to-end SD processes.

- Facilitate template design workshops with global stakeholders, ensuring business alignment and global process harmonization.

- Collaborate with onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of SAP solutions.

- Act as the guardian of the global SD design template during rollouts, ensuring compliance and integrity.

- Enable seamless integration with third-party systems.

- Define technical specifications for Output management, IDOC/ALE interfaces, SAP BTP extensions and Fiori apps

- Promote global best practices, ensure solution scalability, and drive continuous improvement across the delivery landscape.

- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, including senior business leaders and C-level executives.

- Provide mentorship to junior consultants and lead the global delivery model.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 10+ years of SAP SD experience, with at least 3+ years in S/4HANA implementations.

- Strong experience integrating SAP SD with Customer Experience (CX) platforms

- Good understanding of tax and pricing integrations.

- Familiarity with MDG and customer onboarding workflows.

- Experience in industrialized global rollouts, including localization and compliance considerations.

- Working knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting.

- Hands-on experience with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

- Proficiency in leading offshore/onshore models and distributed teams.

- Industry experience in manufacturing or consumer goods preferred.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Working knowledge in Signavio for process modeling.

- Language: English fluency is mandatory.

- German language skills are a significant advantage or may be mandatory based on the project.

Preferred Certifications :

- SAP Certified Application Professional Sales and Distribution in SAP S/4HANA

- Certifications in Salesforce / Vertex / Vistex integration
