TECEZE - SAP Lead Consultant - MM Module

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Lead Materials Management (MM) to spearhead the design, delivery, and transformation of SAP Source to Pay solutions, including SAP S/4HANA MM and Ariba.

This role demands a strategic thinker with deep procurement domain expertise, strong techno-functional skills, and the ability to manage global teams and complex client engagements across industries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA MM and SAP Ariba implementations, acting as Stream Lead or Solution Architect.

- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into optimized functional solutions.

- Ensure successful solution design and delivery in S/4HANA and Ariba, aligned with industry best practices.

- Drive process improvements and digital transformation within procurement and sourcing functions.

- Lead industrialized global rollouts as the design authority for SAP MM.

- Manage cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.

- Engage effectively with C-level executives and business process owners to communicate value propositions.

- Act as the primary liaison for integrations with manufacturing (MTO, MTS, MTE), warehousing (SAP EWM), and logistics (SAP TM).

Required Skills & Experience :

- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP MM (S/4HANA) and SAP Ariba.

- Experience integrating MM with Manufacturing processes, Warehouse operations and

Inbound logistics and transportation

- Expertise in procurement process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong understanding of supplier evaluation and collaboration models.

- Experience integrating SAP MM with SAP MDG for supplier lifecycle management.

- Ability to manage functional designs involving IDOC specifications, Adobe Forms, BRF+,

SAPUI5 and SAP BTP enhancements

- Familiarity with Signavio

- Exposure to reporting tools, spend analysis, and procurement analytics

Methodologies & Soft Skills :

- Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing and mentoring remote, global teams

- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing and consumer goods industries.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, IT, or a relevant field.

- SAP Certifications in S/4HANA MM and/or SAP Ariba.

- Experience in vendor onboarding tools, workflow optimization, and interfacing with SAP MDG
