Role : Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong technical foundations in machine learning, data engineering, and statistical analysis to build and deploy AI/ML solutions.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Python, cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred), and has a passion for solving complex business problems through data.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and domain experts, to understand business challenges and develop AI/ML-driven solutions.

- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end machine learning pipelines.

- Preprocess and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover actionable insights.

- Develop, train, and optimize models using machine learning and deep learning techniques.

- Deploy ML models into production environments (preferably cloud-based) and ensure their reliability and scalability.

- Monitor deployed models, perform evaluations, and continuously improve them via fine-tuning and retraining.

- Document processes, models, tools, and insights to promote knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

- Stay up-to-date with recent trends and advancements in AI/ML, particularly in the areas of Generative AI, embeddings, and LLMs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning principles.

- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL.

- Hands-on experience with ETL and data engineering tools.

- Experience in ML/DL development

- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure

- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in API/dashboard development

- Exposure to MLOps tools and practices

- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployment strategies
