TECEZE - Azure DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

We are seeking a highly experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of expertise in automating, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on the Microsoft Azure platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, monitoring, and DevSecOps practices, and will be responsible for enhancing system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform / ARM templates / Bicep

- Build and manage Azure resources including App Services, AKS, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, Virtual Networks, etc.

- Implement and maintain Azure Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Release management

- Work with development teams to integrate build and deployment processes into Azure Pipelines

- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights

- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)

- Ensure system availability, performance, security, and scalability in Azure cloud environments

- Implement DevSecOps practices, including security scanning, policy enforcement, and compliance automation

- Maintain documentation and support disaster recovery and business continuity planning

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering, with 3+ years on Azure

- Strong hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps Services

- Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python

- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform / Bicep / ARM Templates

- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python applications

- Deep understanding of Azure services, security models, and governance

- Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm

- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, RBAC, Managed Identities, and Key Vaults

- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration tools

Preferred / Bonus Skills :

- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or equivalent certifications

- Experience with GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy, or Jenkins

- Experience with Service Mesh, Istio, or NGINX Ingress in AKS

- Working knowledge of cost optimization, performance tuning, and HA/DR strategies in Azure

- Exposure to multi-cloud environments
