AWS Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven AWS Solution Architect to join our team.

This role involves designing and implementing scalable, cost-effective, and secure AWS cloud solutions tailored to complex business needs.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in cloud architecture, automation, OSS management, and have a consultative approach with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS in alignment with business and technical objectives.

- Lead requirement gathering sessions, perform gap analysis, and translate client needs into technical solutions.

- Design and implement network optimization strategies to enhance system performance and reduce operational costs.

- Develop and integrate cloud automation frameworks and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Manage and optimize Operations Support Systems (OSS) in a multi-tenant environment.

- Deliver performance tuning recommendations for compute, storage, and networking components.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring project goals and timelines are met.

- Guide and mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Maintain detailed documentation of architecture decisions, solution designs, and best practices.

Required Skills and Expertise :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in AWS architecture and cloud solutioning.

- Deep understanding of AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, RDS, ECS/EKS, and Route53.

- Strong background in network design, optimization, and performance tuning.

- Expertise in cloud automation tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, or Pulumi.

- Proven experience in OSS management and monitoring frameworks.

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional

- Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP)

- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)

- Prior experience with financial services, telecom, or enterprise-level clients
