Role Overview :

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with strong experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will work on model development, fine-tuning, deployment, and integration into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Research, design, and fine-tune LLMs and ML models

- Work on Agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows

- Optimize models for performance and scalability

- Build data pipelines, perform EDA, feature engineering

- Deploy ML models into production environments

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams

- Mentor junior ML engineers

- Experiment with Generative AI, RL, few-shot learning

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, Bloom, etc.)

- Strong NLP experience (classification, summarization, QA, NER)

- Solid understanding of Transformers, CNNs, RNNs

- Data handling using Pandas, NumPy, SQL

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

- Model deployment using Docker, Kubernetes

Good to Have :

- Experience with Agentic AI / Autonomous Agents

- Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)

- Prompt engineering & fine-tuning LLMs

- Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

- Exposure to Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning

- Git & collaborative development experience
