About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer proficient in React Native, React.js, and Node.js to design, build, and scale cutting-edge web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-performance and highly reliable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain React.js web applications and React Native mobile apps for iOS & Android

- Architect scalable and secure backend services using Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js)

- Build reusable components, modules, and libraries for future use

- Integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with backend & DevOps teams

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness

- Manage deployments, including mobile app store releases

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and follow best coding practices

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring product stability

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript/TypeScript development

Strong expertise in :

1. React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux or similar state management)

2. React Native (native modules, app deployments, OTA updates preferred)

3. Node.js with Express.js / Nest.js

- Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

- Proficiency with CI/CD, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and responsive design

- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Cypress etc.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good To Have :

- Experience in app store publishing & OTA deployment (CodePush / Firebase)

- Knowledge of GraphQL

- Familiarity with Docker, microservices, and serverless architecture

- Exposure to performance monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry)
