Role Overview :

As a Teamcenter Developer, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex PLM solutions that drive engineering productivity.

You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders, solution architects, and functional consultants to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs.

Your work will directly influence the efficiency of product development lifecycles, ensuring that our clients maintain a competitive edge through seamless data integration and optimized system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement complex Teamcenter customizations to meet specific client engineering workflows and business requirements.

- Develop and maintain server-side and client-side extensions using C++ and Java to enhance core PLM functionality.

- Configure Active Workspace to provide intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that improve adoption rates across engineering teams.

- Design and implement robust PLM integrations with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow across the product lifecycle.

- Build and expose SOA services to facilitate efficient communication between Teamcenter and third-party applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Teamcenter environment to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence and architectural integrity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Teamcenter customization and configuration, with a deep understanding of the underlying data model and architecture.

- Proficiency in C++ and Java for developing custom handlers, services, and extensions within the Teamcenter framework.

- Hands-on experience in Active Workspace configuration and customization to deliver modern, responsive user experiences.

- Strong ability to design and implement PLM integrations using SOA and other middleware technologies.

- Proven track record of managing end-to-end development cycles for 8 - 13 years in a professional PLM environment.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote or distributed team environment, maintaining high levels of autonomy and collaboration.

- A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
