Teamcenter Developer - BMIDE Configurations

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom solutions in Teamcenter to meet business requirements.

- Implement and enhance BMIDE configurations, including custom properties, business rules, and templates.

- Develop and customize workflows, handlers, and triggers using Workflow Designer.

- Customize and extend Teamcenter using ITK, RAC, SOA, and TCXML.

- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems, including ERP, CAD, and MES tools, using T4x or other middleware.

- Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards.

- Debug, test, and troubleshoot issues in customizations, integrations, and configurations.

- Perform performance tuning for Teamcenter solutions to enhance system efficiency.

- Maintain and manage source code repositories using tools like Git or SVN.

- Assist in the implementation of new Teamcenter modules or updates.

- Participate in data migration tasks, including script development and testing for legacy data import/export.

- Provide technical support during testing, deployment, and post-deployment phases.

- Work closely with Teamcenter Architects, Administrators, and business analysts to gather and understand requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with other enterprise systems.

- Document technical designs, code changes, and user guides for future reference.

- Stay updated on the latest Teamcenter technologies, tools, and enhancements.

- Research and suggest new tools, technologies, or methods to improve development efficiency and solution quality.

- Implement best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications :

- ITK (Integration Toolkit) for server-side customization.

- RAC (Rich Application Client) customization using Java and Eclipse.

- SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) for web services and integrations.

- BMIDE (Business Modeler Integrated Development Environment) for business object and data model configurations.

- Strong understanding of PLM concepts such as BOM management, change management, Classification, Stylesheet, Query Builder, PLMXML and access control.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to agile methodologies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3 to 10 years of experience in Teamcenter development and customization.

- Prior involvement in end-to-end Teamcenter implementation projects is preferred.

- Knowledge of database systems (e.

- Familiarity with integration tools like T4x (Teamcenter Gateway) or APIs for ERP connections.
